Crozier Realty is a modern, design-driven real estate brand looking for a Content Creator / Digital Marketer to produce high-quality content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form platforms. This role focuses on video editing, design, and content optimization to support listings, personal branding, and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Create thumbnails, reel covers, and branded graphics
Repurpose listing and long-form content into short-form clips
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and watch time
Assist with content planning and scheduling
Collaborate directly with the Crozier Realty team
Opportunity to grow and develop a full platform
High quality photo's and video for all MLS listings.
Requirements
Proven experience editing YouTube and short-form video content
Strong skills with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Eye for clean, modern, luxury-aligned design
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication skills and planning required
Must own car and required camera and set ups
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time position
Salary subject to discussion based on experience/skill set
