Roles and responsibilities
As a Content Developer at TGC, you will play a key role in designing and developing engaging, effective, and innovative content for our diverse clientele. Your key responsibilities include:
Creating informative and engaging learning content for various training needs
Partner with designers, subject matter experts, and other content developers to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content
Review, edit, and refine content for clarity, consistency, and accessibility, incorporating learning feedback
Stay updated on gamification and instructional design trends, experiment with formats and techniques
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with everyone involved
Required Skills
0-2 years of content creation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
An affinity for research and attention to detail
Good project and time management skills
Ability to collaborate with other creative and technical professionals
