Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, skilled in creating compelling multimedia content, and experienced in crafting content that resonates across multiple platforms. Based in Goa, this role involves hands-on content production, including visits to our factory to highlight our products, processes, and brand story. Your work will span across product-focused content, marketing campaigns, and engaging video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content that showcases our products, production process, and brand essence.
- Create engaging YouTube videos, Instagram reels, Facebook posts, and other digital media tailored to each platform's audience.
- On-Site Production:
- Plan and conduct regular content shoots at the factory to capture product stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and team insights.
- Content Strategy:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative content ideas that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Editing and Post-Production:
- Edit videos and photos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent software.
- Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring the highest quality and consistency across channels.
- Trend Spotting and Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, platform algorithms, and audience preferences to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze content performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future content effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in content creation for social media, marketing campaigns, and/or video production.
- Proficiency with multimedia editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, or other industry-standard tools).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate brand narratives effectively.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the marketing team to achieve shared goals.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
