This is a fast-paced, creative role inside a company with big goals and a very real mission. You’ll work directly with our founder to produce daily content that inspires operators, investors, and future team members. If you love shooting, editing, experimenting, and moving quickly, this is the right place.
You Will:
Film and edit daily short-form content
Produce weekly long-form videos
Capture in-office, in-field, and behind-the-scenes moments
Build a consistent brand voice and visual style
Publish across all major platforms
Analyze performance and evolve formats over time
You Are:
Excellent at editing and storytelling
Comfortable filming people who move fast and think big
Reliable, collaborative, and proactive
Obsessed with creating content that feels good and performs well
Excited to be in-office with a growing team
Requirements:
Portfolio of video work (short + long form)
1–4 years creating content for brands, founders, or your own channels
Strong technical ability (camera + lighting + editing)
Full-time availability and willingness to work in-office only
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
