We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator & Manager to elevate our Instagram presence and connect with our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop, design, and post high-quality and engaging content (static posts, reels, carousels,stories) aligned with brand identity.
Collaborate with photographers or designers to create visually appealing images and videos.
Content Strategy:
Plan and execute a monthly Instagram content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
Stay updated on Instagram trends, hashtags, and features to enhance reach and engagement.
Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build a strong online community.
Run polls, Q&A sessions, and other interactive content to engage followers.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze Instagram performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rates).
Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align Instagram campaigns with overall business goals.
Coordinate with external influencers or collaborators for brand promotions.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in content creation and social media management (preferably Instagram-focused).
Skills:
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Strong copywriting skills to create compelling captions.
Knowledge of Instagram algorithms, hashtags, and audience behavior.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
