We're looking for a creative, content-obsessed person to join our small team across two New Zealand skincare brands — Gulp Skin and Noody.
If you spend more time than you'd like to admit studying why some videos stop the scroll and others don't, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on content creation role, you'll be in front of and behind the camera, building content that feels native to social media while genuinely reflecting our brands. You'll work closely with the founder and marketing manager to bring both brands to life across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
No two days will look the same. One day you're filming content in the office or setting up an activation and the next you're editing a reel, writing captions, or brainstorming a campaign concept.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create photo and video content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, TikToks, UGC-style content)
Develop and execute content ideas that are on-brand and platform-native
Assist with social media scheduling, community engagement and reporting
Shoot and edit content in-house
Stay across trends, sounds, and formats and know how to apply them without losing brand identity
Support product launches, campaigns and brand activations with content
Assist with influencer seeding and gifting logistics
WHO YOU ARE
You're studying or have recently graduated in marketing, communications, media or a related field
You live and breathe social media and understand what makes content actually perform
You're comfortable on camera and know how to direct others too
You have a strong aesthetic eye — you notice good design, good lighting, and good storytelling
You're organised, proactive, and don't need to be told twice
You genuinely care about skincare, beauty or wellness (a bonus, not a requirement)
You know your way around CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing tools
