About the Role
As our in-house Marketing Specialist, you will lead the planning, creation, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across digital channels. You’ll be instrumental in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns
Manage email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and analytics
Coordinate content production (blogs, landing pages, email, social media)
Analyse campaign results and continuously optimise for performance
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights
Assist with branding, communications, and lead generation efforts
Support PR, partnerships, and business development campaigns
Work closely with leadership to align marketing to growth goals
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role
Proven experience with digital channels and marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong data analysis and campaign optimisation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Experience in the tech, SaaS, or agency space (preferred)
A degree in Marketing/business or equivalent experience
