Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a growing Melbourne-based company that designs and builds custom Photo Booth installations for the hospitality and events industry. From pubs and clubs to restaurants and brand activations, their products bring creativity and functionality together, all manufactured in their local workshop.
With expansion across the business a new Content Creator position has been created to drive growth across their social channels. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social content, loves a creative challenge and wants to tell the real-life story of venue activations and events. You’ll be travelling interstate to capture the magic in action and creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram and TikTok that connects with hospitality audiences and general consumers alike.

What you’ll do
Produce daily content across Instagram and TikTok with strong visual storytelling
Travel to venue installs, activations and events to shoot video, Reels and photography
Develop creative concepts that showcase the product, venue experiences and customer interactions
Edit and publish high-quality social content aligned to brand strategy
Work with the marketing team to plan campaigns and maximise reach and engagement
Monitor social performance and iterate content based on results
Keep up with trends to ensure Social Booth stays ahead in social creative
What we’re looking for
Proven experience creating engaging short-form content for Instagram and TikTok
Strong videography, editing and storytelling skills
Confident on camera and comfortable capturing live moments
Experience with travel and on-the-move content creation
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own creative schedule
Interest in hospitality, brand activations or live experiences
Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar) and Reels/TikTok formats
