Full-Time Content Creator (In-Salon)
Role Summary:
Be the on-ground face of content — capturing real stories, client transformations, and testimonials inside the salon environment.
Note: This is a senior leadership role. You will be leading a specialized team that executes your vision under your direction.
Core Responsibilities:
Shoot and document real client experiences and transformations.
Conduct live interviews and testimonial recordings.
Collaborate with editors for storytelling and post-production.
Ensure video content aligns with brand tone and emotional appeal.
Manage salon filming schedules and client permissions.
Maintain professionalism and discretion during filming.
Who You Are:
Strong on-camera and behind-camera presence.
Skilled at capturing authentic moments and emotions.
Experience in salon, fashion, or lifestyle video production preferred.
Able to lead and coordinate an in-salon content team.
Growth Path:
Reports to the content head; coordinates closely with marketing and operations teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
