Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Cover on-ground engagements and events of the client through social media content creation and end-to-end live posting - from image/video/audio documentation to generation and editing of content for stories/posts etc. and final execution of publishing and sharing on relevant social media channels.
• Property/Platform Management: Set up, optimisation and management of the client's pages/handles within each social media platform with the focus of meeting the client's objectives and goals - driving visibility and engagement.
• Content and Design Optimisation: Optimise and edit content and design (as per the brand voice and design language and guidelines) to be relevant and engaging for the client's social media channels and audiences.
• Content Capture/Creation + Documentation Guidelines: Prepare internal content capture/creation + documentation guidelines - for the purpose of live posting only - for Art Fervour and the client's internal teams to also follow
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with minimum 1-2 years of industry experience
• Strong understanding of how different social media channels/platforms work
• Experience in digital/social media strategy and execution
• Strong visual communication and content/copy writing skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adaptable and solution-oriented
• Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Relevant knowledge about the industry, client and project + familiarity with latest industry trends and practices
Pre-requisites (Imp)
• Should be based within Mumbai and be available to work out of the client's office in South Mumbai.
• Should be available on-site at different locations within the city and be able to travel to these locations as per the requirements.
• Should be fluent in English and Hindi (also preferably Marathi)
• Should be available full-time over weekends - i.e. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that the standard 5-6 day work week - on an alternate weekly basis - will be followed, and the weekly off will be scheduled across Mondays and/or Tuesdays - based on the requirements of the client and the project.
• Should be willing to work flexible hours, and on occasion late nights - especially on specific days of engagements or events.
• Term: 5 Months | November 2026 to March 2026 (ending either mid or end-March
