We launched recently and are already growing rapidly, with thousands of paying athletes and teams using our product.
We’re looking for someone to help us scale content and advertising through short-form video.
The Role
We are hiring a Content Creator / Creative Operator to produce short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, ads) that drive real customer growth.
This is not a typical marketing role.
You will be:
Filming real moments at our sports facility
Creating high-performing video ads
Testing new ideas daily
Directly impacting company revenue
What You’ll Do
Film content daily at our volleyball facility (games, reactions, moments)
Create 3–5 short-form videos per day
Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
Test different hooks, captions, and angles
Turn real moments into engaging content and ads
Work closely with the founder to iterate quickly
What We’re Looking For
Experience creating TikTok / Reels / short-form video
Strong editing skills (fast cuts, captions, pacing)
Good sense of what makes content engaging
Comfortable filming in real environments
Fast, creative, and willing to experiment
Bonus:
Experience with sports content
Experience making ads or viral videos

Compensation
$45,000 – $60,000 base salary
Performance bonuses based on content performance

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
