Position Overview
We are seeking a Content Producer & Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is confident both behind the camera and in execution.
This role is ideal for someone who loves coming up with big ideas, creating skits, shooting content, editing videos, and managing social media accounts end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for ideation, content production, editing, copywriting, and executing social strategies across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Strategy
Develop creative, engaging content ideas tailored to each client’s brand, including posts, stories, reels, and TikToks
Stay across trends, platform updates, and viral formats to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and highly shareable
Content Production (Shooting & Editing)
Shoot high-quality short-form video content for clients, including reels, TikToks, skits, product demos, and behind-the-scenes footage
Edit videos for social media platforms with strong pacing, captions, transitions, and trend-led styles
Confidently create skits and creative video concepts that align with brand tone and current trends
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Ensure consistency in branding, tone of voice, and posting schedules
Copywriting & Creative Scripts
Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts for social media videos
Adapt copy and tone to suit different brands and target audiences
Client Collaboration
Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and audience
Translate client objectives into strong, creative content strategies
Content Scheduling & Posting
Organise, schedule, and publish content at optimal times to maximise reach and engagement
Campaign Execution
Assist in executing content-led campaigns including launches, promotions, giveaways, and events
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics and analyse trends
Use insights to refine content strategies and improve results
Key Requirements
2+ years experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar creative role
Strong experience shooting and editing short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok
Proven ability to conceptualise and execute creative video ideas, including skits and trend-based content
Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and video scripts
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
Confident communicator and collaborative team player
Genuine passion for social media, content creation, and digital trends
