As Talent Advisors, we will be the liaison between our Huha and yourself during this recruitment process. We do not use fancy tech to search through resumes at Bloom; every resume is reviewed by a human to ensure that we attain a consistent and equitable interview process. About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team.
As Huha’s Content Creator you will play a key role in shaping and sharing Huha’s brand voice across digital channels. From concept to creation, you’ll craft compelling content that resonates with our community, supports our mission, and drives engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tell stories that reflect Huha’s product, values and growth.
We’re looking for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about meaningful storytelling. This role is flexible and can be structured as either a full-time position or a contract/freelance engagement, depending on the candidate’s availability and fit. Whether you're looking to become a permanent part of a growing team or prefer to collaborate on a project or contract basis, we’d love to hear from you!
The Opportunity
Create compelling written, visual, and video content tailored for different platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, blogs, websites, and email newsletters.
Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars, ensuring timely posting and alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) that are trend-driven, creative, and in line with the brand's tone and audience interests.
Write engaging captions, product descriptions, blog posts, scripts, and email copy that reflect the brand’s voice and messaging goals.
Develop content that supports brand identity and values, helping to build an emotional connection with the audience and deepen community engagement.
Work closely with marketing, design, product, and other departments to ensure content supports broader business objectives and campaign goals.
Implement basic SEO best practices for written content and apply social media trends to increase content visibility and reach.
Contribute creative ideas for new content formats, campaigns, or series based on audience feedback, brand direction, and trend analysis.
Track and review the performance of content across platforms using native analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.), and suggest improvements based on results.
Organize and maintain a digital library of content assets, including raw footage, edited files, images, and copy drafts, for easy access and reuse.
Stay up to date with content marketing trends, tools, and platform best practices.
What You Bring to the Table
3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of producing consistently highly engaging content.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
Experience in influencer marketing or community management.
Background in fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset and collaborative spirit.
Photography or video production skills are considered an asset.
