Content Creator - YouTube Shorts, Insta Reels, Facebook
(6 months Internship with the opportunity of permanent job)
Industry: Fintech
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team as an Intern initially for 6 months (opportunity to become permanent employee after internship) who can become the face of our company's social media accounts.
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating & producing engaging and original content for our own social media platform. You will play a key role in shaping our platform's identity, voice, and visual aesthetic.
Qualification & Experience:
Min. 6 months with Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content creation skills.
Preference to the candidates pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Should have created, acted & produced small videos on various social media platforms like Insta, FB, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Should possess good acting skills with various facial expressions
Should be passionate to work and explore this profile
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—X, Fb & Insta, YouTube, LinkedIn
Owning YouTube or Insta account with minimum 5K followers
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro).
Research Fintech or related industry trends, relevant topics, and user-generated content to stay informed and inspired.
Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify trending topics in the finance category for Instagram reels.
Create engaging and creative short-form video content for Instagram reels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and strategies.
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner
Recommend the latest adaptations for improvements and increasing performance.
Provide insights and results from social media campaigns.
