Department Overview
Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4, retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13, ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. Team Overview - Consumer Data and Engagement Platform (CDEP)
The CDEP group works across the Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB), Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management lines of business to develop coordinated strategies for growth in each of Wells Fargo's customer segments. The team is responsible for designing seamless, engaging customer experiences across products and channels, and building the next-generation digital, data and analytics, and functional capabilities required to deliver toward these objectives.
About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Content Designer who will be responsible for working on Medallia to help configure Customer Experience surveys, dashboards, closed loop feedback etc. This role will be part of a central team that supports the implementation and sustainment of Customer Experience / Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys for Wells Fargo customers & employees. Duties would include understanding business requirements and converting those into customer experience tracking programs while also ensuring documentation & providing inputs to user playbooks. This role will report to the Customer Experience leader.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for understanding business requirements and configuring & rolling out CX surveys on Medallia platform
• Responsible for survey enhancements and changes
• Develops metrics and track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives
• Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations
• Ensures documentation of requirements & activities as per compliance
• Provide QA testing and UAT, as and when required
• Work closely and independently with partners (internal clients) and senior management stakeholders
• Lead, organize and participate in PAM/department-wide initiatives
• Engage with cross culture team members and stakeholders
• Ready to work across geographies (India and USA) and be available during evening/early night hours for overlap with our US partners
Essential Skills
• Total of 4-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Medallia configuration & programming
• Should be able to perform low code/no code developments on Medallia
• Medallia Classic certified
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Java script and UI design tools
• Experience in QA testing and UAT
• Should have a strong understanding of the SDLC and ability to work in an agile environment
• Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements and automation
• Good working knowledge on MS Office Suite, especially Excel including basic functions (Filters, vlookup, Pivots etc.)
Desired/Good-to-have Skills
• Agile/Jira Experience
• SharePoint Site Administration /Owner Experience
• Good to have understanding of Testing Methodologies and ADA
