I'm partnering with a lending Insurancer to find a motivated Content Designer/Specialist who will help them achieve their mission of making the world a safer place. My client is a customer-focused, data-driven company dedicated to empowering communities and individuals by helping them feel safer and more confident. We're looking for a talented writer who can turn complex insurance information into simple, clear language, allowing customers to easily navigate digital platforms for buying, renewing, claiming, or learning about their services.
This role is a key part of a cross-functional team, where you'll be responsible for creating content that aligns with customer needs and business goals. You'll work across disciplines like brand, SEO, UX/UI, and behavioural science, supported by a team of content designers offering peer feedback and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clear, concise copy that meets customer needs and business goals.
Create and refine content, ensuring it's accurate, compliant, and approved for publication.
Collaborate with teams like UX, UI, SEO, and legal to deliver high-quality content.
Manage feedback while maintaining customer-friendly copy that adheres to style and accessibility guidelines.
Use data and testing to inform content decisions and improvements.
Promote content-led design and accessibility best practices throughout the business.
Ideal Candidate
Exceptional writing and editing skills for digital platforms.
Experience as a content designer, handling product information, microcopy, and error messages.
Familiarity with legal approval processes and accessibility principles.
Strong background in SEO and data-driven content design.
Proven success working within Agile cross-functional teams, with proficiency in Jira.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to explain content design decisions.
