The Customer, Marketing and Communication (CMC) division's purpose is to attract and retain customers through experiences that are not only simple and useful, but also informed by strategy and insight.
The Digital Content and Experience Team, which sits within the CMC division, is responsible for championing experience across all of our digital channels and platforms. With digital interactions fast becoming the preferred way of banking, we are obsessed with creating the best possible digital experience for our customers, and we place them at the heart of everything we do.
