- Constantly researching and identifying trending skills, top course providers, and important learning trends to help working professionals make more informed decisions
- Explaining the topic in a lucid manner and supporting the learning content with examples, infographics, videos as required
- Continuously reviewing content to optimize and change content strategy as needed
- Writing error free, high quality, engaging, and research driven content across multiple formats
