• Development of the Training Modules
• Communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner.
• Drive and own decisions to ensure appropriate course representation.
• Liaise with subject matter experts to create learning content and develop relevant exercises and case studies
• Exhibit creativity and eye for detail in everyday tasks
• Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning content. Be aware of various training methodologies and advancements.
• Demonstrate excellent language and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Develop Courses to cater to new joiners to get them to an agreed base level and upskilling existing employees for knowledge augmentation and career growth through the lifecycle of an employee within PBC
• Develop evaluation criteria for each course and ensure results are published for each course/trainee. Appropriate feedback and action plan developed basis results of employees.
• Liaise with Operations SMEs for all aspects related to training – course development, delivery, feedback etc.
• 8 to 10 years’ experience with 4+ years in training
• 4+ years of experience in developing curriculum or training content, such as presentations, facilitator guide, participant guide, e-learning modules, session plans, takeaways, videos, quizzes, and assessments
• Experience of working in F&A shared service / International F&A BPO
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance
• Experience with SAP/Oracle preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Good planning and administrative skills
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint Presentation)
