What You'll Do -Expected to provide Solutions/Answers for Subject Specific Problems/Questions given to them. -The solutions should be broken down into small, well-illustrated and simple steps for better understanding of the students -Solving problems in adherence to the given guidelines and a compliance with strict quality measures would be paramount; would be expected to adhere to predefined timeline -Developing the assessment papers based on our content books and syllabus covered by the school -Working as subject experts who can solve problems of books in a step- by-step format of their related subject -Developing the worksheets based on our content books and syllabus covered by the school Preparing yearly syllabus -Developing the question bank based on our content books and syllabus covered by the school -Developing activity sheets -Conducting Product Training to teachers -Provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language (English usage, appropriate English sentence structure) and overall quality of the solution content for use by students Who You Are -Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly & work in a fast-paced environment -Self-motivated team player must be able to work independently -Expert in problem solving (Questions/Exercises) both from textbooks and other homework application in a detailed step by step manner for various levels of complexity -Experience into teaching or working on content development in Edtech -Good knowledge of MS office Willing to work on core subjects -Strong written and verbal English language skill is required
