Team and Role Overview
Adenza is looking for a Content Developer/Instructional Designer who will directly report to the Head of Customer Delivery Training. This role will design and develop training content for global use. The ideal candidate will have the talent to create fully engaging learning experiences. We are looking for that rare team member who is passionate about training and best-in-class content creation, IT savvy, and motivated to become proficient with the ControllerView® platform Department Customer Delivery Employment Type Permanent - Full Time Location Mumbai Workplace type Hybrid Responsibilities
• You are passionate about training and committed to exceptional Client Service, enjoy creating innovative content, and are curious to learn and stay on top of new technology and trends in the field. If so, this position may be right for you
• You will be working as part of the highly talented and motivated team of trainers and content developers, contributing to the development of ILT/VILT courses, eLearning content, and hands-on exercises and activities.
• The position offers access to the latest system development, the potential for career advancement, and learning new skills by engaging in a diverse set of activities and duties
• The training team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will also get to work with various departments across Adenza regarding product functionality, features, and improvements Skills And Requirements
• You can learn and master the ControllerView® Platform
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in producing training content (including online modules), instructional design experience, and for various audiences (business users, support, developers, system administrators, QA, etc.)
• Hands-on production experience of multi-media content from inception to roll-out. The ability to design training modules is a must
• Advanced organizational and research skills
• Agile thinking and work habits
• Ability to work independently and with team members
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must
• High level knowledge of relational databases, SQL, MS Excel, and QA is required
• Exposure to regulatory reporting is a plus
