DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
1. Research industry-related topics.
2. Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
3. Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products.
4. Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts.
5. Write scripts for interviews and prepare scripts for video promotions.
6. Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
7. Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
8. Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares).
+. Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
10. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
11. Measure web traffic to content (e.g., conversion and bounce rates).
12. Update our websites as needed.
13. Ideate digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
14. Generate, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
15. Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts).
16. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
17. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
18. Oversee social media accounts’ content.
1+. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.).
20. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
21. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
22. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
23. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
24. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
25. Ideate optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
26. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
27. Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
28. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.).
2+. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. And execute posting in accordance with the calendars.
30. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
31. Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
32. Manage end-to-end digital projects.
33. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
34. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, SEO and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
35. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
36. Monitor ROI.
37. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
1. Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Creative Director, Content Editor, Digital marketing specialist.
2. Portfolio of published work.
3. Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress).
6. An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
7. Attention to detail.
8. Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.

10. Expertise in social media platforms.
11. Experience with visual communication principles.
12. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
13. An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
