Create, edit, review, and archive digital content, ensuring consistency in branding and presentation.
Develop and maintain SharePoint intranet content, site maps, and page templates.
Curate digital assets and documentation to support business operations.
Respond to service desk requests and incidents, troubleshooting and resolving content-related issues.
Work independently and collaboratively in a geographically dispersed team.
Manage workflows, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards.

Strong ability to interpret technical content and produce engaging digital material.
Expertise in SharePoint content management and administration.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience using tools such as Visio and DevOps, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Strong self-management and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
Advanced SharePoint site administration knowledge.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps as a work management tool.
Familiarity with Adobe editing tools.
Project management experience.
