Urgent Hiring | L&D Support (Content Development) | Bangalore
We are looking for a passionate and creative professional to join our Corporate L&D team in Bangalore for the role of Training Executive / Assistant Manager – Content Development.
Location: Bangalore
Role: Learning & Development – Content Development
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team of video editors to create high-quality training videos covering: Service standards, Kitchen recipes, Food delivery SOPs, Hygiene & safety procedures
Develop structured training content for Restaurant Operations SOPs & processes
Convert operational SOPs into simple, engaging learning modules
Must have strong Hindi speaking and writing skills for script creation
Coordinate with the Operations team to validate SOP accuracy
Ensure content is practical, process-driven, and aligned with brand standards
Strong hands-on experience with Canva & power point is required
Qualification:
Degree / 3-Year Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Restaurant Operations
Additional experience in Learning & Development will be an added advantage
