SEO / SEM Champion: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts for our hotel websites, ensuring organic visibility and increased website traffic
Email Marketing Champion: Develop email marketing strategy with Digital Marketing Manager to drive engagement and convert website visitors into reservation/bookings
Integrated Marketing Leader: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive leads, brand awareness, and direct bookings/reservations
Technology Advocate: Stay informed about the latest content marketing technologies and tools, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance content creation, management, and distribution
Inspiring Leader: Lead and mentor a team of social media managers and digital marketing managers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment

Groot Hospitality is a Miami Beach, Florida-based collective of top restaurants, bars, cafés, nightlife ventures and hotels. Officially formed in 2018 by David Grutman, the company is a forerunner in its field.
