About the Internship:
We are looking for dynamic candidates who are willing to work on challenges with the acumen to build a startup from scratch in the media industry.

Role: To create, edit, execute & manage marketing strategies to attract target markets of the businesses. Through building brand loyalty & identifying ways to improve reader retention, you will aim to increase the audience for the startup.

Authority:

1. Day-to-day decision-making on strategies

2. Developing content strategies, managing a content team, growing an online community & tracking community's growth & other duties

3. Track analytics to ascertain content engagement levels

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing transparent & engaging content that addresses both business goals & what our readers/viewers need

2. Conducting audits of content to assess how well existing content is performing

3. Analyzing content to assess any gaps or areas of improvement

4. Delegating responsibilities to writers, editors, and data entry resources & providing feedback

5. Creating, managing & owning content and editorial calendar

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Jaipur, Bathinda, Chandigarh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Manali, Shimla, Sri Ganganagar, Udaipur, Noida and neighboring cities
