Responsibilities and Duties:
• Organize, modify, and update existing content.
• Create a monthly Content Calendar and ensure the publishing schedule is on track.
• Proofread and edit spelling, grammar, and syntax.
• Ensure that content meets the company’s needs and follows our in-house style guide.
• Work on creating/updating content guidelines.
• Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind.
• Analyze data and analytics, and seek to increase reader engagement and retention.
• Ensure that best SEO practices are followed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Positive attitude
• Excellent eye for detail
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Take ownership of one's roles and responsibilities
• Professional approach to problem-solving and project completion
• Good decision-making abilities on the job

Experience:
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience as a content writer/editor
