Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise & manage a team of content writers, content planners & content curators; and finalize their work ensuring highest quality output. - Proofread and correct errors related to the content, flow, punctuation, grammatical mistakes, etc. - Check content for accuracy, facts, context, grammar, spelling and maintain consistency. - Guide & train writers, planners and curators so that they are able to produce error-free content. - Working with different types of content, like guest posts, blog content, website content, training content, social media content, service/product content, product descriptions, etc. - Check content submitted by writers for plagiarism & AI using the tools provided. - Write plagiarism-free & error-free content in perfect grammar without using AI or paraphrasing tools. - Coordinate with the HR team to hire quality content writers, planners & curators. Requirements: - Convent educated. - Must have extensive experience in content writing. Must be proficient in research and detail oriented. - Must be tech savvy. - Having SEO knowledge is preferred. Salary: - During Probation (3 months): 18k per month - After Probation: 20k - 30k per month (based on experience/assessment) Job Location: Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India How To Apply: You will need to complete a written assessment by following the guidelines below.
