Job Title: Content Editor
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
We are seeking Content Editors to edit and proofread transcripts of business interviews conducted in English.
Compensation is up to INR 7 LPA, which includes a fixed salary of INR 5 LPA CTC + annual bonus up to INR 2 LPA based on number of audio hours completed.
Start date is flexible between May 1st and June 1st.
What You’ll Work On:
• You will improve the accuracy of our AI-transcribed text from audio files.
• You will take our content to 100% accuracy and make it free of errors.
• You will correct spelling, punctuation, and grammatical mistakes in the transcript.
• You will research as needed to verify the correct spelling of names, places, and terminology.
• You will liaise with counterparties (i.e., interviewees) if needed.
About You:
• You have less than three years of work experience. Freshers are welcome to apply if you can start per the dates given.
• You can work fast at a high productivity rate in terms of audio hours completed per day.
• You are comfortable listening to a variety of accents and audio quality issues.
• You have excellent attention to detail.
• You can work hard (long hours).
• You define success as consistently winning each day.
• You are curious to learn about business, entrepreneurship, and investing.
A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field helps in your candidacy, but is NOT a strict prerequisite
