Content & Event Specialist - Mumbai

Content Creation & Strategy:
● Develop engaging and informative content for articles, press releases, blogs,
social media, and internal communication related to events and conferences.
● Work closely with the PR and marketing teams to align content with overall
communication strategies.
● Write compelling copy for client-facing materials such as event invites,
reports, and brochures.
● Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content
creation.
● Analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for
future content.
Event/Conference Management:
● Identify high-profile events opportunities, conferences, and seminars for
clients, from event participation and post event coverage.
● Oversee event promotions and communications through multiple platforms.
Key Skills & Requirements:
● Proven experience in content creation, event planning, and conference
management a PR or communications setting.
● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients,
stakeholders, and vendors.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
● Knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media platforms and
content distribution.
● Familiarity with content management event management tools systems is a
plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related
field.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in working with clients in the BFSI, education, manufacturing,
packaging, legal and technology sectors.
● Knowledge of SEO and other digital content optimization techniques.
● Candidates with a degree in Communication, BMM in Journalism,
postgraduate in Mass Media, BA in Communication, or honours degree in
English will be an add-on.
● A proactive and creative problem-solver with a strong client-centric focus.
Relevant Information
● Working Days: Monday to Friday - +:30 am to 6:30 pm
● Location: Star hub, near T2 Airport Andheri (E), Mumbai.
● Working mode: Full-time from the office
