Content & Growth Strategist (Internal Marketing)

We are looking for a Content & Growth Strategist to own and scale Sigma Solve’s internal marketing engine — focused on organic growth, inbound pipeline generation, and brand authority. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will build a scalable, AI-enabled content system that drives qualified leads and positions Sigma Solve as a thought leader in software development, AI, and digital transformation. What You’ll Do 1. Own Sigma Solve’s Organic Growth Strategy
● Identify high-impact keyword opportunities across services such as:
○ Custom software development ○ AI & automation
○ Snowflake & data engineering
○ DevOps & infrastructure
● Build and execute a content roadmap tied directly to pipeline generation
● Develop pillar content strategies aligned with buyer intent (mid-market & enterprise)
● Leverage tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and AI tools for data-driven planning 2. Build High-Performing Content Systems
● Create (or AI-assisted draft and refine) long-form, SEO-driven content that ranks and converts
● Develop: ○ Pillar pages ○ Case studies ○ Solution pages ○ Industry-specific landing pages ● Collaborate with design and development teams to: ○ Produce high-quality visual assets (diagrams, UI flows, infographics) ○ Optimize page structure, UX, and performance
● Ensure all content aligns with Sigma Solve’s enterprise-grade positioning and brand voice 3. Drive Authority & Backlink Strategy
● Execute a structured outreach and backlink acquisition strategy
● Build relationships with: ○ Industry publications ○ Technology blogs ○ SaaS and consulting ecosystems
● Secure: ○ Guest posts ○ Citations ○ Strategic partnerships
● Track and optimize backlink performance and domain authority growth 4. Optimize & Scale Evergreen Content
● Continuously audit and improve existing content for: ○ Rankings ○ Conversion performance ○ Relevance
● Refresh and expand high-performing content
● Align content with evolving: ○ Search trends ○ AI-driven search behavior ○ Industry changes 5. Measure What Matters (Pipeline, Not Just Traffic)
● Track performance across: ○ Organic traffic ○ Keyword rankings ○ Conversion rates ○ Inbound leads generated
● Build monthly executive-level reports with insights and recommendations
● Tie content performance directly to sales pipeline and revenue impact
Who You Are
● 2–5 years of experience in: ○ SEO strategy ○ Content marketing ○ Organic growth (preferably in B2B or technology services)
● Hands-on experience with: ○ Ahrefs / SEMrush ○ Google Search Console ○ Google Analytics
● Strong understanding of AI-assisted content workflows (ChatGPT, etc.)
● Exceptional writing and editing skills (clear, concise, conversion-focused) ● Ability to think beyond content → understand full funnel (SEO → lead → deal)
● Highly autonomous, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like
