Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated candidate to join our team in Jaipur as Content Manager / Supervisor who is well versed in English (written & spoken) and is able to train our employees via video meetings and supervise their daily tasks.
Responsibilities :
Training new joiners via video meetings including fresher and laterals.
Reviewing work quality of each team member and providing feedback.
Making sure each team member is working full time.
Coordinating with the recruitment team.
Comfortable to work on off-time in case a need arises.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Exceptional communication skills in English (Written & Verbal).
Able to manage large and diverse teams.
Able to research online thoroughly.
