Job Description
· Content – Content research and curation, Content upload on to the portal
· Market research – Research and liaise with potential partners, explore engagement models
· Customer engagement - Liaise with our users / participants via phone and engage with them and answer inquiries about our services, collect data where required
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Social Sciences/development studies or related fields (Currently pursuing or just graduated)
• A working knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or Business administration will be an added bonus
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
