• Content creation: Create engaging text, images and content that align with overall marketing efforts.
• Brand listening: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Social media strategy: Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Platform management: Manage social accounts on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Optimize content for trends and algorithm changes.
• Campaign development: Plan, execute and monitor campaigns to promote products, services or other marketing initiatives.
• Analytics and reporting: Regularly analyse metrics and performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
