We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Marketing Lead to join our marketing team in a hands-on, creative role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Content Marketing Lead will craft and edit compelling copy, manage the content calendar and deliver against an ambitious content strategy to help us drive brand fame.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering the content strategy for TRA- driving brand fame and engaging our target audiences.
Working with TRA’s spokespeople on thought leadership and opinion pieces for owned and earned media.
Ideation, writing and editing of message frameworks, ad copy and scripts across webinars, podcasts, video, advertising and campaigns.
Managing and executing TRA's social media plan including content ideation, writing, collaborating with our design team and exploring new ways to optimise performance.
Supporting the delivery of marketing and key client communications via Hubspot, ensuring a consistent tone of voice is maintained.
Supporting the development of sales enablement materials, such as case studies, credentials, and award entries.
Supporting and enabling TRA’s team in creating excellent content that can work within the content strategy – coaching, editing, and providing feedback.
Responsible for setting performance measures and employing techniques to optimise content for success.
Responsible for maintaining a consistently on brand, on code and inclusive tone of voice across our channels.
Finally, as a member of a small but high-performing marketing team, they support and collaborate on cross discipline marketing activity, bringing a can-do attitude.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

A creative and skilled writer. Must be able to write engaging content on complex and nuanced topics across a range of channels.
Exceptional attention to detail. Confident and capable editorial skills including proofreading, fact checking and editing work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy collaborating and take the time to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Curious and passionate about marketing. Keeping up to date with marketing innovation and technology trends comes naturally to you.
A social media champion (LinkedIn preferred). Experience managing social media content strategy and driving internal adoption and engagement.
Experience writing marketing and client comms, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and optimizing campaigns for success.
Organisational and time management skills. Capable of managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and information quickly.
