About the role
Writing is hard. Converting an audience with writing? Even harder. For this role, we need someone that understands how a carefully selected string of words can create desire, understanding, and perhaps a little fear. If that’s you, get ready to reach millions with your excellent writing and fuel growth at Perspective.
What you will be doing
If your answer is a 'yes', then below are a few topics you'll own:
• Personal brands: you manage and create content for personal brands, to foster a great community of (potential) customers and Perspectivists
• Newsletters: you write and manage the newsletter on a weekly basis (2-3 episodes), to drive signups and engagement across our community.
• Tone of voice: you own and ensure high quality copy, define a tone of voice and advocate for compliance across the marketing team
• CRM management: you oversee and implement new sequences or marketing messages through Intercom, own the audience filters, and ensure an overall great experience for our customers together with the marketing team
• Blog content: you create and optimize content for the blog, to help increase organic search traffic
• Community management: as the owner of the Perspective Facebook Community, you play a vital role in user retention and user insights gathering by building strong relationships with our beloved audience
Who you are
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for roles focused on copywriting or content-heavy responsibilities (performance marketing, personal brand management, or similar positions)
• Native proficiency in German, highly fluent or near-native proficiency in English, coupled with exceptional writing skills in both languages
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies, applied to create impactful content
• Proactive attitude while fostering a team player mindset, actively engaging with colleagues and customer to drive collaborative success
