Responsibilities:
• Create well written, well-informed, interesting content to drive customer engagement and traffic. Content will include high-quality articles, white papers, solution notes, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, reports, infographics, web copy and more.
• Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, Zoho and social media analytics tools.
• Drive social media postings and management of social media accounts.
• Conceptualize projects with technical and business teams to drive content creation, edit content produced the team, and oversee development and copy-editing prior to publishing.
• Build and maintain content calendar and written guidelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective content and content calendar.
• Collaborate with sales to develop strategies and material to support sales cycle.
• Work with stakeholders to create effective communications strategies that articulate the core benefits of all our offerings.
• Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent message.
• Push the business to adopt innovative content creation practices through testing of new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of visual or graphical elements.
• Be the steward to the company’s brand and voice, style guidelines, brand consistency, and provide education and guidance to all stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline.
• 5+ years of content marketing or marketing experience.
• Experience in the technology and technical services industry is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and English language skills.
• Ability to organize, develop, maintain and drive adoption of structured processes.
• Track record of consistent performance and delivery in deadline-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work productively and collaborate with all stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and present content effectively.
• Experience working directly with sales, marketing, demand generation, product and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels.
• Experience and willingness to work across multiple time-zones and countries is essential.
• Self-starter, deal-oriented, process driven, highly motivated individual.
