Rate:$20 per hour
Estimated weekly hours: 20
Location: Mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings
Responsibilities:
Post on social media four times a week
Manage Influencer and preschool contacts and databases
Track status of new and existing brand deals
Coordinate details and deliverables of projects with brand clients
Supervise editors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of their work
Manage production, development, and marketing calendars
Handle uploading, packaging, and scheduling of content on YouTube
Create visual and text-driven marketing assets
Description:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital media, with a particular interest in children's programming, and wants to learn all facets of how to manage a kids media and entertainment company. This role will shadow the founders of Captain & Cat, learning every aspect of the company -- from content ideation, to media creation, to social media marketing, to sales and outreach, to video and music production, to influencer partnerships, to channel management, and everything in between.
