The Content Marketing Specialist will craft our content marketing strategy including the production of promotional copy, email, website content, social media, blogs and webinars.

Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers, ideally in a B2B market. Working within the Branding & Communications team, as a content producer you will work closely with the design, digital and category teams to brief and execute on creative briefs. Ensuring content is on message, has a consistent tone of voice and aligns to our overarching brand strategy.

This role will become the scribe of Jaybro Group, delivering on a full breadth of copywriting tasks which ultimately position us as a trusted source of information in our key areas of expertise. The position requires the skills to develop everything from engaging customer copy for promotions and social media, through to highly technical copy for case studies and product releases.

Responsibilities

Content strategy including topic selection, talent sourcing, positioning and content surrounding it

Collaborate with category, design and digital teams to produce high quality content

Create and execute briefs within the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met

Edit, proofread and improve content

Optimise blog content considering SEO and Google Analytics

Facilitate and produce webinars for our specialised business units

Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist

Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

Expertise in social media platforms

Project management skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and writing skills

Videography, Photography or Podcast experience highly regarded

Knowledge of Marketo and Contentful also highly regarded
