Our work doesn’t stop at storytelling, we craft strategic content funnels that convert visibility into inbound leads, discovery calls, and closed deals. We’re now looking for a strategic, high-performing Senior Content Manager who can lead writing, client communication, and lead-gen outcomes. This isn’t just a writing role, you’ll also be the face of Myntmore for select clients, managing feedback, owning growth strategy, and driving measurable business results through content.

What You’ll Do?
Write high-quality, insight-driven LinkedIn content for founders and CXOS
Build and execute LinkedIn lead-gen campaigns that drive discovery calls, demos, and conversions
Design content funnels and nurture strategies tailored to B2B audiences
Convert briefs and voice notes into sharp storytelling and positioning
Translate business goals into content + lead-gen playbooks
Collaborate with strategists, editors, and designers to execute at speed
Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithm shifts, and hooks that work
Handle direct communication with clients, from onboarding to feedback
Build and maintain unique brand voices across industries
Who You Are?
Research Junkie: You love digging into the best content on entrepreneurship, marketing, and storytelling and turning insights into compelling posts
1–3 years of experience in writing, lead gen, or growth-focused content (especially in B2B or personal branding)
Strategic & Outcome-Driven: You think in campaigns and conversion, not just copy. You write to get results
Strong grasp of LinkedIn: You know what grabs attention, drives conversation, and delivers leads
Clear, confident communicator who’s comfortable on calls, handling client feedback, and leading conversations
Organised & Self-Driven: You juggle deadlines with ease and stay on top of tasks without constant supervision
Curious & Data-Informed: You test, learn, and adapt based on what’s working—clicks, leads, DMs, and more
Team Player with an Ownership Mindset: You collaborate well, but you also take full responsibility for outcomes
Bonus: Experience ghostwriting for founders or building content strategy across brands and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Instantly or PhantomBuster
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
