About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Content Producer who can own the end-to-end process of creating high-quality, technically accurate, and visually engaging video content. This role combines strong scriptwriting skills with deep production know-how, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Writing & Scripting
• Write clear, engaging, and accurate technical or educational scripts for video content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex topics for a wider audience.
• Pre-Production & Planning
• Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
• Set up camera angles and design lighting arrangements tailored for podcast-style or studio recordings.
• Production
• Coordinate or manage video shoots, including multi-camera setups.
• Ensure audio/video quality and brand alignment during shoots.
• Post-Production
• Edit video and audio, add B-roll, motion graphics, and subtitles.
• Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in content/script writing—preferably in tech or educational domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and sound setups.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with multi-camera podcast or interview setups is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred:
• A portfolio showcasing your writing samples and video projects.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and content trends.
• Ability to work independently and take creative ownership.
