We're looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form content. If you enjoy writing quick, catchy scripts, shooting engaging reels, and bringing ideas to life for brands across multiple industries, this role will fit you well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, write, and ideate scripts for Instagram Reels and short videos
• Shoot content for our clients across lifestyle, education, food, fashion, and creator niches
• Be comfortable facing the camera whenever needed
• Work with the strategy team to convert brand goals into creative storylines
• Understand current trends and plug them into client content
• Coordinate shoots, manage simple setups, and ensure deadlines are met
• Suggest fresh, platform-specific ideas for every client account
Requirements:
• Someone confident on camera
• Someone who can speak well and express clearly
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels trends, hooks, formats, and storytelling
• Basic shooting skills (phone shooting is fine)
• Good command over English and Hindi/Hinglish
• Creative mindset with the ability to think fast
• Freshers or interns with the right skill set are welcome
