Job Description
INITIA Real Estate is seeking a Content Producer to plan and produce photo, video, and short‑form content that fuels brand and marketing initiatives, along with supporting event initiatives. The role combines content execution, hands‑on media production, and event‑related admin in partnership with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Content production & asset management
Plan, execute video/photo shoots and produce short-form videos (storyboarding, shot lists, scheduling, on‑set direction) in line with the marketing strategy, creative direction, and messaging set by the Marketing Director.
Support the development of testimonial interviews by coordinating briefing and info sessions for agents, providing clear direction, managing the collection and organization of submitted footage, and editing videos into social assets.
Edit photo and video assets for multiple platforms (website, YouTube Shorts, INITIA Insights blog, IG), ensuring brand consistency in pacing, visuals, and narrative.
Design or adapt simple graphics and visual assets for campaigns, events, and brand communications in accordance with established art direction and brand standards.
Manage content libraries and file organization so assets are searchable, and easily accessible.
Monitor performance of key content with the Marketing Director and recommend data‑driven iterative improvements.
Marketing Support
Execute a content calendar aligned to brand and marketing objectives based on the high‑level strategy and messaging set by the Marketing Director.
Draft and refine captions for digital channels and tailored outreach that follow the brand voice, messaging frameworks, and key talking points from the Marketing Director.
Develop social and marketing graphics, using established art direction and existing graphic templates, to support the social content calendar as needed.

All INITI8 event admin responsibilities for this role are executed within an established framework and in close coordination with internal operations, brokerage leadership, and the Marketing Director to ensure alignment on logistics, priorities, and messaging.

Maintain INITI8 documents, including the latest agenda, speaker list, content requirements, and marketing timelines.
Support partner and sponsor communications, including event announcements, co‑branded content requests, and providing assets or guidelines as needed.
Liaise with print vendors for production of event materials, signage, and branded collateral (proofing, print scheduling and ordering).
Capture photo/video, agent interviews, testimonials, and session highlights to be used for future recruitment, brand, and partner campaigns.
Provide light admin support as needed (e.g., coordinating with operations on run‑of‑show changes that affect content capture, updating event information in internal docs, assisting with basic attendee communications).
Post‑event leverage
Produce recap videos, highlight reels, testimonial edits, and curated photo sets for use in ads, social snippets, and recruitment decks, following the messaging and strategic direction provided by the Marketing Director.
Support the creation of follow‑up communications (thank‑you messages, recap emails, content packs for agents/partners) with polished visuals and copy.
Ensure all INITI8 content assets are organized, named, and stored for easy reuse in future recruitment and brand campaigns.
Cross‑functional collaboration & workflow
Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure all content aligns with positioning, brand standards, and quarterly priorities.
Coordinate with agents, operations, and leadership for marketing initiatives and execution.
Participate in project management of content and event‑related deliverables.
Facilitate coordination with vendors for print deliverables.
Actively contribute ideas for content, creatives, campaigns, and projects.
