On a look for an Creative Content Producer to work with a leading digital media agency
As a Creative Content Producer, you will be responsible for managing, executing and overseeing the production of all video projects. You will also be responsible for planning and organising the shoots. In addition to this, you should be managing the creative strategy and budgets of the project.
You are generally expected to:
Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for international brands in the form of: Instagram Reels, stories, digital marketing videos for YouTube & Performance Marketing, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects.
The focus on concept creation and production of the project:
He/She oversees the creative, artistic and marketing aspects of production. The Creative Producer is involved in production, including transport, administration, manpower, public relations and finance.
They must have a unique vision for what the final product will look like in order to lead the production:
Attention to detail: There are a lot of small but important details that go into ad-film production, and creative producers are responsible for accounting for them.
Responsibilities
• Communicate the production plans, schedule and responsibilities to the production team and management.
• Develop the marketing strategies and campaign for the production.
• Engage and supervise department heads.
• Organise the various stages and scheduling sequence involved in the production.
• Plan the production flow, logistics and manpower requirements and budget for production.
• Support the hiring of key personnel for the production.
Skills Required -
· Fierce attention to technical & creative detail.
· Patience to work through big-picture changes.
· Has a knack for storytelling and a creative eye.
· Knows how to identify inspiring stories that tug at heartstrings.
· Strong organisational skills in managing hard and fast deadlines.
· Knowledge of media production and communication.
· The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
· Fluent in English language.
· Leadership skills.
· To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
· The ability to use your initiative.
· To be flexible and open to change.
Requirements -
A bachelor's degree in film, media, management, production, or a related field. A minimum 2 years' experience working on ad-film sets or as part of a production team. In-depth knowledge of video production processes and activities. Skilled at negotiation, planning, and budgeting. Close relations with directors, script writers, editors, studios, media houses & production houses to source required talent for each project.
