ADA breeds, trains and places assistance dogs with Australians in unique situations. We currently specialise in support for people with a disability, autism or post-traumatic stress; as well as providing a range of services to these individuals and their families. About The Role – Content Producer
Our next superstar Content Producer is someone who can create and deliver engaging creative content that will inspire new and existing ADA clients.
Our Content Producer will share inspiring stories of the impact and change that our assistance dogs make in the lives of our clients. This role will also have visibility over the videography, web and email content, as well as publications such as our supporter magazine and digital newsletters. We are searching for someone who can plan and organise photo and video material, as well as, keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and deliver ADA's content strategy across multiple channels.
About YOU & your experience
Excellent communicator with experience in writing for a range of digital and print audiences.
A digital advocate with a passion for digital content and storytelling.
Creative and design skills such as video editing and graphic design.
Relevant undergraduate qualification (e.g. in journalism, digital media, communications, media arts and production, marketing) desirable.
Experience in creating, producing, and implementing engaging content in a range of formats for a range of channels, including web, social, video and print.
Proven online editorial experience, including writing original copy and subediting for email, web and social media.
Excellent spelling and grammar, with strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistent quality.
Significant experience working with content management systems.
A creative and agile thinker with the ability to try innovative things and constantly review for continuous improvement.
Oversee the production of ADA’s printed publications, including our supporter magazine and annual report.
Coordinate story-gathering trips, including managing the consent process for all visual and written content.
Provide the ADA Fundraising team with inspiring and engaging content for use in marketing, community fundraising and brand communications.
May already have or are happy to provide a National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
The role is also eligible for 'not for profit' salary packaging - up to $15,+00 a year.
You must hold FULL working rights in Australia.
