Job responsibilities:
Schedule and manage content production across Nutmeg
Upload and publish content into the CMS ensuring accuracy at every stage
Maintain taxonomy and tagging strategy for all content
Ensure content meets accessibility requirements
Work closely with content writers and Martech developers to maintain and enhance the quality of content
Manage and report on status ensuring key stakeholders are informed on progress
Review and maintain the quality of our content to ensure it stays fresh and up-to-date
Maintain accurate records of content operations to ensure financial compliance and controls standards are met
Provide additional support for content-related projects as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Fluency in written and verbal English
Commercially aware, process-driven web content specialist
Experienced in working with web content management systems and Adobe systems
Used to working on your own initiative but highly collaborative
Stakeholder and time management when conflicting priorities arise
Experience of working in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience working in Agile teams
Experience of using Jira and Confluence to organise and document work preferred
Strong ability to prioritise changes, deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
