Role Overview
We are a dynamic marketing consultancy that thrives on creativity, strategy, and impactful storytelling. Serving a diverse clientele across B2B and B2C sectors, we craft content that educates, engages, and drives action. We're looking for a talented Content & Social Marketer to join our team and help elevate our content across social media, websites, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop and execute engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, and newsletters.
• Create a mix of written content (blogs, articles, client stories) and multimedia content (reels, carousels, image/video-based content).
• Adapt content tone and style to suit various audiences and objectives: serious, creative, humorous, educational, awareness-driven, or action-oriented.
Social Media Management & Community Engagement:
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement on social media platforms.
• Build and maintain online communities, ensuring timely responses to messages and comments.
• Collaborate on social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility.
Basic Design and Video Editing:
• Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for basic graphic design and video editing.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency in all visual content.
Collaboration:
• Partner with graphic designers, video editors, campaign strategists, and account managers to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Provide content inputs for campaigns and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
• Monitor content performance through analytics tools.
• Generate insights on engagement, growth, and lead generation.
• Use data to optimize content strategies and achieve key results.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement. (1-3 years)
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar. If you can create reels - that’s a great add on.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging blogs, articles, and client stories.
• Understanding of social media trends and best practices for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Analytical mindset to track and report on content performance.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while collaborating with a larger team.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with email marketing and newsletter content creation.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization for blogs.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
