Responsibilities
• Create content for multiple channels with a specific focus on increasing customer adoption and utilization of the Docyt Accounting Platform.
• Written content creation and updates for our knowledge base article library for internal and external audiences, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
• Writing tool tips and included copy throughout our platform to assist users.
• Content management, onboarding new articles, updating existing articles, tracking and completing edits and revisions as needed.
• Writing SOPs and internal documents to help maintain consistency in materials and messaging to internal and external audiences.
• Must have experience writing copy meant to train, inform and educate audiences.
• Excellent editing skills and ability to ensure all copy is accurate, clear, concise, grammatically correct, and appropriate for the intended audience.
• Effectively research topics and communicate with subject matter experts and research to collect accurate and up-to-date information when necessary.
• Distill complex concepts into easily digestible and easy-to-follow content.
• Must be able to work with different platforms.
Proofread, re-structure and edit articles by content writers
• Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines
• Generate new ideas around industry-related topics
Requirements
• 1-3 years in marketing, policy, and/or research is a plus
• 1-3 years in writing, editing, instructional content creation
• Prior experience in SaaS/Product-based and Fintech companies is highly desired.

• Become an expert on the Docyt accounting platform so that you can create content to guide users through troubleshooting, onboarding, and getting the most out of their experience.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Responsible individuals that can work independently in a remote environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal English communication skills are a must.
• Portfolio of published work
• Proven work experience as a Content Editor, Web Editor or similar role
• Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
• Team spirit
• Bachelors degree in English Literature, Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field
