We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Content writer duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks.
Content managers should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Here, content is defined as multimedia articles, blog posts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online.
• Serve as editor for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency (proofread, re-structure and edit articles).
• Key role in formulating and analyzing Content Guidelines for a global audience.
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency for clients.
• Ability to perform competitor content analysis and understand the content gaps for the global and Indian clients.
• Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members (in-house and remote both).
• Provide editorial and creative support to the SEO experts, clients and other teams.
• A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning; readily adapts to changes.
• Ability to efficiently manage time spent on tasks and proactively identify a deficiency. Manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with appropriate attention to phraseology, grammar, and punctuation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an agency primarily working clients.
• Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel & Word.
• Organized and goal-oriented. Needs to be able to work with colleagues across functions without supervision.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Demonstrated high attention to detail.
• Good English Communication skills, Verbal and written.
• Technical aptitude (i.e., learn new applications quickly).
• Strong teamwork ethic (works amicably with others).
• Ability to accept feedback and take actions to rectify as and when required
