Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels, reflecting our values and resonating with our target audience. Product Descriptions: Craft compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points to drive conversions. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies that align with marketing objectives, seasonal trends, and promotional campaigns. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to generate fresh ideas and keep content relevant and engaging. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines before publication. Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of content using analytics tools to track engagement metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize content strategy accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the E-commerce industry. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with basic HTML is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
